Sales Executive.


  1. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales techniques.
  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers’ energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
  2. Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
  3. Provide accurate and timely quotations for solar installations, taking into consideration system design, sizing, pricing, and available incentives.
  4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  5. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solar solutions align with customers’ needs and site requirements.
  6. Maintain a well-organized CRM system to track customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals.
  7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for business growth.
  8. Generate and submit regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities to sales management.
  9. Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-installation concerns.
  10. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay informed about advancements in solar technology.


  1. Degree/Diploma/Certificate in related field.
  2. Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  3. Strong understanding of solar energy technology and the renewable energy industry.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
  7. Knowledge of local solar incentives, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
