On Saturday 14/01/2023, 37 staff members under the leadership of the MD, had the opportunity to bond and strengthen our relationships through a team building activity that brought us out into nature. We went on a hiking excursion of 14km to Ngong hills hiking trail for a period of about 5 hours. The hike not only allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery but also provided an opportunity to work together and build team spirit.

One of the most valuable aspects of the hike was the opportunity to bond with our colleagues in a casual and relaxed setting. We were able to take a break from the daily grind and spend time together outside of the office. The hike was also a great opportunity for us to get to know our colleagues from other departments better.

The hike also provided a unique opportunity to challenge ourselves both physically and mentally. The trail was steep and rugged in places, but by working together and encouraging one another, we were able to make it to the end. This experience helped to build trust and teamwork among our staff.

The hike ended with a group picnic at the nearby restaurant, where we had lunch and shared stories about our experiences. It was a great way to reflect on the teamwork and effort that had brought us to the top of the hills.

Overall, the hiking team building activity was a huge success. It allowed us to bond with our colleagues and build the team spirit in a unique and meaningful way. We returned to the office feeling energized and re-inspired by the experience. We are looking forward to more team building activities in the future that will allow us to connect with each other in a fun and meaningful way.
